Backstage Magic & Novelties shipping policy is easy to understand.

We do not make ANY money on shipping we only charge Exactly what the USPS / UPS charges us to get your item(s) form our door to your door!!

Most of our items will ship in a flat rate box of the correct size, I the event of a larger or odd shaped item we will contact the post office with your ZIP CODE that you have provided during the order process, and again ship the item to you for what there cost is for that exact item.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product (Magic) included with the item is the Secret to the trick or effect and this cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final --

I in the highly unlikely event of a damaged item arrives to your location due our own negligence we will of course offer an exchange of the exact item after the items original unopened package has been received back to us.
