I have tried to quit smoking for 30 years-- I guess you can say that Ive quit at least 30 times in that 30 years -- HHAA EVERY NEW YEARS EVE --The same ol story --I'm going to live better , going to eat better, and yes the OLE Favorite  "I'm going to quit SMOKING!!@!
Well it has been almost a year now and I have only smoked MAYBE 10-15 CIGARETTES IN THAT TIME!!!
How I/WE did ity is with --Believe it or not is with an ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE or now called a nicotine inhaler. There is NO TOBACCO at all. I will post a pic of what BRAND we have used -But that really doesn't really matter--there mostly all the same . there are mods out there, but to actually QUIT SMOKING, I really do not recommend them because it's easy to simply substitute one bad habit for another. You need to keep an eye on your nicotine intake- this is where the pre-filled cartridges come in, you can limit you nicotine- and cut down or go up as needed to kill the craving for a cigarette and then you stop using it until the craving for another comes back, and repeat this process until the cravings stop at that level of nicotine-then you can go to a cartridge with a lower amount of nicotine in them. This is how My Wife and I have done it over the last year and now we just use them with no (0) nicotine in them and just Flavor--my favorite is Vanilla
